Shipping
We ship globally via our production network. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Tracking is provided once your protocol leaves the facility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items qualify for store credit on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@a95.protocol to initiate.
Privacy
We collect only the data required to fulfill your order and improve your experience. We never sell your information. See the full policy at /policies/privacy on request.
